4. Experience: In 1991, the final phase 3 of the clinical trials of the VISX Excimer Laser began and which concluded in 1996. In that interval, Dr. Dello Russo was one of 10 principle investigators in the United States conducting trials with the VISX Laser during which time he performed the most laser eye surgery treatments of any refractive surgeon in the United States with the VISX Laser at his New Jersey location.

9. Experience: In 1997, the FDA granted Dr. Dello Russo the first special permission for an individual laser surgeon to treat farsightedness with the VISX Excimer Laser.

10. Experience: In 1988, Dr. Dello Russo conferred with the inventor of the Excimer Laser, Dr. Trokel and consulted with him concerning the animal studies and first human studies in phase one of the FDA/VISX trials.
